Immunization Requirements

Immunization requirements for enrollment at Immaculata

 

The state of North Carolina requires specific immunizations for children entering Kindergarten and Grade 7. Parents/guardians must ensure that their child has received teh immunizations at the age required by law within 30 days of the first day of school unless there is a written medical or religious exemption on file (General Statute130A-152-157)

Please work with your child's doctor to get his/her vaccinations up to date before the start of the school year. If you are unable to get an immunization appointment with your child's health care provider, call your local health department for an immunization appointment. Students failing to meet the requirements will not be allowed on school campus until immunizations have been updated.
