* ALL families will be charged the non-parishioner rate until a Pastor-signed parish affiliation form has been submitted to the school Registrar. Once received, the tuition rate will be adjusted accordingly. Parish affiliation forms for the 2026-27 school year are due by March 1, 2026. Parishioner discounts will not be given to students once the 2026-2027 tuition payments start in June, 2026.

Payment Options
Tuition may be paid in one of the following ways:
Enrollment Fee: There is an annual non-refundable $200 per-child enrollment fee.
FACTS Fee: Families paying annually or semi-annually will be assessed a $20 FACTS fee. For families paying monthly, the fee will be $50.
Included Expenses: Tuition covers most expenses involved with attending Immaculata, including those related to homeroom activities, books and other curriculum materials. Middle School tuition also includes annual retreat expenses and a technology fee for use and insurance of 1:1 devices.
Expenses Not Covered in Tuition: Tuition does not cover the cost of uniforms. Additional fees apply to voluntary participation in activities such as clubs and sports, field trips, the lunch program, and After School Care.
