Applying to Immaculata

Through the admissions process, we identify students and families who seek education in a faith-filled context, who will best benefit from the educational programs at Immaculata, and who will be engaged in the Immaculata community. Priority consideration is given to registered parishioners and siblings of currently-enrolled students.

Applications for the 2021-22 school year are now open!
We are no longer accepting applications for the 2020-21 school year.
apply today!

Enrollment Process

Priority is given to students whose applications are received by January 29, 2021. Applications submitted after that date will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

There is a $100 non-refundable application fee.

School Visitation and Screening
Typically, applicants will be asked to spend time in a classroom of their current grade. During this visit, the applicant will take a basic assessment test and experience the Immaculata environment alongside their peers. During the pandemic, however, we are continuing to administer assessments but have paused classroom visits until it is safe to do so.

Notifications of Acceptance
Families who submit a complete application portfolio by January 29, 2021, will be notified of their acceptance status on February 22, 2021. Families who do so after the deadline will be notified within two weeks of completing the application and assessment process.

Registration
After receiving notification of acceptance, families may enroll their children by completing the registration packet, establishing a tuition agreement, and paying the $200 non-refundable registration fee. Once enrolled, placement is guaranteed through Grade 8 unless performance and/or behavior does not adhere to school standards.
